Why? – because they work! Independent research conducted by the Direct Marketing Association shows that:
78% of people keep, pass on, or read letterbox delivered material,
48% of consumers will visit a shop, send for information or buy a product,
and between 62% and 71% of consumers claim that coupons and offers are useful to them.
Would YOU read it?
Let’s focus on your actual leaflet design. If you are a large corporate body you may have your own in-house designers, and you simply need to include your local details clearly for your reader.
When you are thinking about the initial layout for your flyer, leaflet or brochure, first ensure that the cover has a design that grabs the reader’s attention. This can be achieved through the effective use of colour and images. Aim for a design layout that delivers a focused message and doesn’t overload the reader with too much information all at once. Priority must go to your name, contact details, and what your product can do for your customer (See more on ‘The Big Picture’ page).
Remember the “five second window”! – and ask yourself the question “would I stop to read this?”- If you wouldn’t, the chances are your potential clients wouldn’t either!

Unfortunately it isn’t always the case in this business, and the photos below are an example of this. The first one shows how NOT to deliver leaflets “through” a letterbox (we see too many like this), and the second shows a collection of leaflets made by one of our team during a 2 hour delivery session!
We don’t deliver to uninhabited houses, we don’t leave leaflets a soggy mess sticking out of doors, and we don’t farm out your material to third parties. Rest assured, you can rely on Info-out! to carefully deliver on your marketing needs – quite literally so!
